We are looking for a Full-Time Branch Manager for our Queensland Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Advanced experience in leadership & management

  • Advanced experience in management of human resources & teams

  • Advanced knowledge of specific industry needs and applications

  • Advanced knowledge in sales & customer servicing of industry

  • Advanced knowledge of business & processing software

  • Advanced knowledge of Stainless & Performance Steels

  • Advanced knowledge of Operational Warehousing & Logistics

  • Advanced experience in managing the financial performance of a business operation;

  • Advanced experience in identifying and implementing key business strategies

  • Strong oral & written communication skills

  • Interpersonal and ability to work in and lead a team.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer & Chief of Operations Officer is the responsibility of the Branch Manager. 

  • Sales Performance & Business Development

  • Operations Development & Performance

  • Financial Performance for the Territory

  • Human Resources Management of Territory Team

  • Branch & Administration Management

  • Strategic Planning & Reporting for Territory
